Terms of sale
1. General Information
These Terms define the rules for using the online store: www.sentiahome.pl (hereinafter: “Store”), placing orders for products available in the Store, delivery, payment, withdrawal rights, and complaints procedure.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Store specializes in the sale of home textiles such as towels, bathrobes, bedding, socks, underwear, and related textile accessories. All products are new, original, and sourced directly from verified manufacturers under the Sentia Home brand.
4. PRICES
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and are calculated during checkout. We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, and promotional offers without prior notice. Changes do not apply to confirmed orders.
5. PLACING ORDERS
We process your personal data based on:
- 1. Orders may be placed via www.sentiahome.pl 24/7.
- 2. Creating an account is not required to place an order.
- 3. To finalize an order, the customer must:
- Add products to the cart
- Fill in the shipping details
- Select delivery and payment method
- Confirm the order with the “Order with payment obligation” button
- An order confirmation will be sent via email.
- The contract is concluded when the customer receives the confirmation.
6. PAYMENTS
Accepted payment methods:
- Przelewy24 (including Visa, Mastercard, bank transfers)
- Shopify Payments
- Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Payment should be completed within 5 business days.
7. DELIVERY
We deliver via:
- DHL
- InPost
- DPD
Delivery time: 2–7 business days depending on destination. The buyer receives tracking info via email upon shipment. If a parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, please report it to the courier immediately and request a damage protocol.
8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Orders are fulfilled based on product availability in our warehouse. In case of missing stock, the customer will be informed and offered:
- A partial shipment
- Extended delivery time
- An alternative product
- Order cancellation with a full refund

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The return period starts the day you receive the goods. To withdraw, send a clear statement (e.g. email or letter) to:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of their return.
10. EXCEPTIONS TO RETURNS
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Underwear (e.g. briefs, boxers, socks)
- Opened or used towels, bathrobes, or bedding
- Products in sealed packaging once opened
Also, partial returns of sets (e.g. multipacks) are not allowed. The entire set must be returned intact.
11. COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY
We guarantee that our products are free of physical or legal defects. If a defect is found, the customer has the right to:
- Request repair or replacement
- Request a price reduction
- Withdraw from the contract (if the defect is significant)
To make a complaint, contact us at biuro@empiretextile.pl Attach order details and clear photos of the issue. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
- The store operates under Polish law.
- In case of disputes, we will first seek an amicable resolution.
