Return policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you—or a third party designated by you—receive the goods.

2. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for items that have been opened or used if they come into direct contact with the body, such as underwear, socks, or unsealed bed linen, due to hygiene and health protection reasons.

3. Conditions for return

  • • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • • Partial returns of bundled sets (multipacks) are not accepted—you must return the full set.

4. Return process

  • a) Complete and submit the Withdrawal Form (available on our website).
  • b) Package the item securely, include the form and original receipt.
  • c) Ship the return at your own expense to the return address:

5. Who pays shipping?

  • • You cover the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or sent in error.

6. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full purchase amount (including standard shipping cost) within 14 days using your original payment method.

7.  Complaints (damaged or incorrect items)

For defective or incorrect items, contact us at biuro@empiretextile.pl or use the Complaint Form. Complaints are processed within 14 business days.
